Lots of potential but not in the ball park yet

One of my biggest disappointments with Ocoya is not being able to use Carousels. There are platforms out there like Later that give that. Carousels are a must for me, so without them and not knowing when they'll be in the plan is an issue for me.
I love the layout, look and simplicity however sometimes I find the loading a bit slow or I go around in circles creating a post, publishing it and then wondering what the next step is. Although it is supposed to be user friendly, it doesn't have a simplified way of doing things like using the Facebook planner has. I can immediately set up a post without a problem.
Analytics is a must and in my plan that is not available, only a simplified version of it. On Facebook, I have so many details to study in analytics that make facebook's planner a no brainer for me. Plus carousels are available. Facebook lets you know the best times to post, this is not something Ocoya has. It's very crucial to posting.
It looks like I'll keep using Facebook for FB and Instagram, was hoping to use all platforms from Ocoya, like Pinterest, Tiktok and Twitter but finding posts that didn't get published and waiting to know whether these will be available is another thing.
Travis AI was a bonus and has a super great list to help create your copy however I have Peppertype, TopicMojo and CrawliQ, so that's more than covered for me. The hashtag generator is a good move implemented into Travis AI but the hashtags fell short because you have no idea of the numbers generated by those hashtags, it's important to know whether they're 1 million views or 2,000 views so you can have a balance of the right hashtags. Having a calendar was a real asset too for Ocoya plus the 26 languages is great, but I just feel the platform is left short with too many promises of things coming in the future and no carousels. Because of this I really haven't used it and with great disappointment have decided to move on. Maybe is another year Ocoya maybe be smoothed out.
Undoubtedly, it's great to have everything in the one place and having templates at your fingertips, stock photos, GIFs, etc is great but for me priority is to be able to get posts out quickly and know they've been posted. I can still keep using those services like stock photos from my fast dial pages in my browser. That's ok.
