Q: Login fail
Hello, I just purchased Tier 3 and completed the sign-up.
When I click on "launch officekube" on AppSumo, I receive a message saying "An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later or contact us." and I'm unable to log in.
Is there a solution for this?

Oct 16, 2024A: Hello, sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing.
I checked the status of our integration with AppSumo and it is showing healthy at least in the last 7 days. Same goes for our login and registration pages that you would be redirected to once you click either Login or Sign up button on our landing page.
To investigate further I would need your license key. Could you please contact us at info@officekube.io and provide your license key?
