Pinterest not supported and can't it to work on Facebook?

I\u0027m asking again because my question is hidden deep in another question and hasn\u0027t got an answer yet. \u000a\u000aI can\u0027t get Olly to work on Pinterest at all, and it only works sporadically/partially on Facebook also. The right hand side option works on Facebook, but the custom buttons in the comment sections on the Facebook home feed rarely works (I think it worked once or twice). I\u0027m using it on Brave and bought 5 licenses, but have only activated one license to try it.\u000a\u000aI need to decide whether to keep Olly or refund and would like to understand if I\u0027m doing something wrong? I was planning to send this to my VAs, but if I can\u0027t get it to work properly, I can\u0027t and will need to refund.

Hi! Pinterest is something we\u0027re shipping, you should be able to use it on Facebook, the recent update however seems to have impacted the facebook flow. We\u0027ll be rolling out fix for this as well, are your priorities FB and Pinterest at this point of time?

Hmm that\u0027s weird. In my question about this below you stated on Dec 3rd 2024: \u0022Pinterest will go live next week\u0022 and then on Dec 18th: \u0022This is now live\u0022. In regards to your question, we run 100+ social media accounts across most social media platforms, so no not really, but Pinterest and Facebook are big for us. I will need to refund based on this answer.
