A: Forms are not available yet, but they’re on our future roadmap. Once released, they will be included in the Pro plan and AppSumo Tier 3 and up. Stay tuned for updates!
I need an option for allowing clients to view projects. Other big tools allow me to do this through guest seats, but I don't see a mention of guest seats or roles in the product description. Do these exist and, if not, is there a plan to add them?
A: Guest seats aren’t available yet — but we’re working on it! A Client Portal feature is expected in about 4–5 weeks, which will give you exactly that: a way for clients to view projects, documents, and updates without using a full seat. This is an estimate only, but it’s definitely on our near-term roadmap!
The upcoming Client Portal will definitely be included for Tier 3 and up (or in the Pro plan if you’re outside AppSumo).
Q: Documents, contacts..
Hi,
How are folders organized? Can we see the documents onsite or they need to be downloaded? Is it possible to import contacts from excel or Linkedin? What integration do you support from Apple since we use Mac and iOS for business.
A: Thanks for the great questions! Here’s a quick breakdown:
1. Folders & Documents Documents are organized inside boards and workspaces — not traditional folders. You can view documents directly in OneDeck (no need to download), and share them via a public URL to a PDF. All documents can also be filtered and searched easily in the main Documents workspace.
A: Not built-in yet — but yes, you can do this! Connect your Gmail or Outlook to OneDeck using Make or Zapier, and set up a simple flow to turn incoming emails into tasks. We recommend using Make — it’s flexible and often free for small operations.

A: Client portals will be included in this AppSumo deal for Tier 3 and up, but they’re not live yet.
In the meantime, you can share documents in a few easy ways: 1. Get a direct link and share it with your client. 2. Download as PDF and send it via email or message. 3. Use automations to send the document automatically when publish or any other trigger you set.
Q: I see on your website that some offerings have "forms"...
Are forms included in any App Sumo package?

Will this automatically be included for all tiers or just for certain ones?

Q: Portals and document sharing
If client portals are not included in this deal how are documents shared?
