Q: CRM with email tracking

Hi, I am looking for a CRM that can replace vtiger for us. An important feature is, that we can view our inbox (via IMAP) and that emails are attached to a customer, so we can see the email history with a customer. It would be great, if this would be possible with onedeck!

A: Thanks for considering OneDeck! While OneDeck doesn’t have a built-in email inbox viewer yet, you can integrate your email accounts (like Gmail or Outlook) using Make or Zapier to:
• Track and log emails automatically to customer records.
• Create automations to attach emails or notes to specific contacts.
• Maintain a clear communication history directly inside OneDeck.

Additionally, a native email integration is planned for our roadmap in the future!

Hi! We don’t have a public roadmap yet, but here’s a quick overview of what’s coming:
• Client Portal – Estimated in 4–5 weeks.
• Webhooks as Triggers – Coming soon.
• AI Assistant – Planned for Q3–Q4 2025.
• App Marketplace – Planned for Q4 2025.

Please note these are just estimates, but we’re actively working to deliver them as soon as possible!
