Q: Documents, contacts..
Hi,
How are folders organized? Can we see the documents onsite or they need to be downloaded?
Is it possible to import contacts from excel or Linkedin? What integration do you support from Apple since we use Mac and iOS for business.
Thank you

May 8, 2025A: Thanks for the great questions! Here’s a quick breakdown:
1. Folders & Documents
Documents are organized inside boards and workspaces — not traditional folders. You can view documents directly in OneDeck (no need to download), and share them via a public URL to a PDF. All documents can also be filtered and searched easily in the main Documents workspace.
2. Importing Contacts
✅ You can import contacts or any data from Excel/CSV into your boards.
Here’s how:

❌ LinkedIn doesn’t allow direct contact export, but you can export your LinkedIn contacts manually and then upload the CSV to OneDeck.
3. Apple Integration
OneDeck works perfectly on Mac and iOS — it’s fully responsive and now has a native mobile app for iOS:

Plus, you can integrate iOS calendar, Gmail/Outlook, and other Apple tools via Make.com (recommended) or Zapier:
