After 13+ years on Pipedrive, I don’t take switching CRMs lightly—but OneDeck has impressed me. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, with all the core functionality you'd expect, plus a roadmap that’s clearly headed in the right direction.
It’s already checking the boxes for what I need—and with upcoming native integrations and flexibility through Make.com and Boost.space APIs, I’m planning to connect everything with ease. Webhooks run smoothly, and the system feels future-proof.
If things keep evolving the way they are, I can genuinely see myself moving everything off Pipedrive and upgrading to the highest tier on OneDeck. Solid product, solid team, and a solid future ahead.
