Hello, I just started using the product but I have a few questions. What is the download quality of the video after it has been made? The quality of my first video looks low and is not HD.

Second question: I can not get the watermark off the video even though I have level 3 and have followed all the directions on your side on how to remove it. It seems like the domain mapping is not working. Do you have any ideas on how to fix that?

Third, can you use just an audio file and create a video from it? I tried, but the screen was just black while the audio played.
