WARNING to everybody who bought this lifetime deal. I bought the unlimited plan and the credits usage is not shown because it is unlimited I guess. I did not know, how much in credit my usage corresponded. Then all of the sudden, I could not access my account anymore. The customer service said that I used automation or shared my account with others that is why they would suspend my account forever. Both of which is not true. I worked 2 weeks more than 8 hours with this tool and none of what they accused me is right. I told them what I generated and that they should check my IP address but they won't do it. According to the them I used more than 20.000 credits. The first tier is 3.000 monthly credits, the second 10.000 and the third (which was my plan) UNLIMITED. So 10.000 are more than triple the credits of the first tier and 30.000 would be the triple of the second tier. I did no even reach 30.000 and I told them that I need 1 more week to finish the work with their tool and that after I finished the usage would go down towards 0 for the next weeks even months and that I would after that only use it now and then, which would be not even the usage of tier 2, probably not even the usage of tier 1. All the work I did the last 2 weeks was for nothing. EVERYBODY who bought this should refund if they still can since most likely they will do the same with all Sumolings. I saw 2 more reviews which are about similar problems. It looks as if they suspended those Sumoling accounts but won't admit it here so that people would not refund their purchases. WHAT A SHAME. Good that they will leave the Appsumo platform soon.
