⭐⭐ Two stars for the potential, but not ready for serious use
I purchased the Tier 2 Lifetime hoping for a solid alternative to involve.me — but after multiple real-world tests, I’m honestly disappointed.
The main issue is the webhook integration: it only sends the first form field (e.g. name), ignoring all others like email or conditional responses. That makes it impossible to automate with external tools.
Additional problems:
- Required fields don’t work properly — users can submit the form even without checking privacy/consent boxes (serious compliance issue)
- Conditional logic is limited and unreliable
- The builder is clunky and unintuitive
I’ll give it two stars for the potential and lifetime branding removal, but right now it’s not a reliable solution for serious funnels or lead capture.
Unfortunately, I’ll be requesting a refund and switching back to more mature solutions.

For example, if you initially enter only the name, the webhook transmits just the name; once email or other fields are completed afterward, subsequent webhooks include all previous data plus new entries. This approach hasn’t caused issues for our other clients, though we acknowledge it might differ from your expectations.
2. Concerning required fields, this feature is working reliably for our users. However, compliance is important to us, and we encourage contacting our support to quickly resolve any specific scenario you've encountered.
3. You're right about conditional logic as there is certainly room for improvement, and enhancing this feature is on our priority list.
4. While we regularly receive positive feedback on the builder's intuitiveness, we understand that usability can be subjective, and we're always open to suggestions.
