With tier 3 can you create courses from documents?
Also is there a website where you can exchange or add ready made courses to LMS. Is this with your own LMS platform ?

MoAtefI Love Open eLMS , but the name is creating confusion to everyone you call it elms and Alternative to Prezi, Synthesia but it's not an elms it's simply text to voice feature and to have a video need to record the course as a video using screen capture it's a bad idea.
