Q: Unusual use case question

Hi there,
I'm interested in using Open eLMS to create custom homeschool courses for my kid. I'm splitting them up into small courses - one per lesson - and I don't need to keep them all after she has completed the work (because I have written/PDF copies of the materials). So my question is - let's say I pay for Plan 2 with 10 courses per month. I publish 10 courses (lessons). My kid completes them. If I delete them, am I able to keep creating because they are no longer there and published?

Or can I only publish 10 courses in a month's time even if I don't keep them?

Thanks!

A: Hello

Many thanks for your question, good to see you are using the courses to teach your child, we are doing the same with initiatives in the developing world, it's very effective.

The cost to us I'm afraid is in the AI generation (not storage) so we cannot reset quotas etc. I can only suggest signing up to the monthly system at https://openelms.com/open-elms-pricing/ where you would get 50 courses per month.

Many thanks

Would you be able to do your lessons as sections within 1 course? Each course supports 100 section expansions per course which would allow you to do 3 lessons per day each month with a few left over each month.

That's an idea actually. I could make one course per subject and then put the new lessons in sections. I would only be using this for a couple of subjects and only need about 3 lessons weekly per each. Thanks very much!
