Q: what does Orchestra and GoHighLevel have in common?
I am familiar with GHL. In terms of features what do you have in common with their services, and what do you do that they do not do. In the long term how will you position yourself in the space?
What Orchestra and GoHighLevel have in common: Both platforms help service providers (especially agencies) manage clients, billing, and operations from a single place. We both aim to reduce tool overload and centralize your workflow.
âĄď¸ But hereâs where weâre different: GoHighLevel is built for marketers first. Itâs super powerful for funnels,...
A: Of course! Servers are being managed my MongoDB Atlas and hosted on Amazon web services in their datacenter in Europe.

Q: Proposal, Services, Invoice, Portfolio, Review, and etc
I only found 'subscription' based plans in Orchestra. I was wondering if there's any future plan to add services for the clients to browse and purchase from their dashboard. Proposal, and invoices are also similar where I can share a new proposal to my clients or just send a one time invoice.
Orchestra does support subscription-based payments â but also one-off payments! And Iâm actually about to release usage-based billing next week. After that, milestone-based payments are coming too (think 50% upfront, 25% at MVP, 25% at delivery).
As for proposals, invoices, and service catalogs â yep, all planned. Itâs part of the same big effort. I wanted to make sure the system could...
My pleasure! Let me know how it goes or if you need help with your setup!
Q: Notion integration ?
I'm searching since a long time a tool that could build a custom private portal over Notion, to onboard clients and work with them in a private and secure space. Do you have any plan to integration Notion as the back-end of Orchestra ? Thanks for your answer
Orchestra already comes with built-in Notion-style features like:
Collaborative documents
Slash commands to add blocks into tasks or documents
That said, Iâve actually seen more agencies moving away from Notion to fully use Orchestra, rather than trying to integrate the two. The main reason? Orchestra was built from the ground up for agenciesâit's faster, more...
Thanks for your answer. As i will not drop Notion for Orchestra (Notion is my central brain, doing everything from there, from websites to public knowledge bases, internal task boards and project management etc), i'm interested to find a replacement for https://www.notionapps.com/ The ideal would be a native integration between Orchestra and Notion, without taking hours to implement with API's.
Iâll add native Notion integration to the roadmapâmakes total sense for your setup.
That said, I'd be careful trying to do everything in one tool. Orchestra is built specifically for agencies, and that focus really streamlines the workflow. (and make everything simpler)
Notionâs really greatâbut maybe not for everything â¨
Q: Features and plans
This looks really interesting. Is there the ability or are you planning the ability to allow messaging to clients? â Do you have a roadmap we can see too?
A: Hey, thatâs a great question â and messaging is definitely something Iâve been thinking about a lot.
What Iâve seen with most agencies is that as they grow, they often shift away from real-time chat and move toward a more asynchronous workflow. Thatâs actually why comments inside Orchestra tend to be enough for a lot of teams right now.
That said, Iâm not against adding more real-time options...
