Q: Features and plans
This looks really interesting. Is there the ability or are you planning the ability to allow messaging to clients? Do you have a roadmap we can see too?

Apr 15, 2025A: Hey, that’s a great question — and messaging is definitely something I’ve been thinking about a lot.
What I’ve seen with most agencies is that as they grow, they often shift away from real-time chat and move toward a more asynchronous workflow. That’s actually why comments inside Orchestra tend to be enough for a lot of teams right now.
That said, I’m not against adding more real-time options — or even a centralized place to view all communication and threads across the portal. That could definitely make things smoother, and it’s on my radar.
