Q: Notion integration ?
I'm searching since a long time a tool that could build a custom private portal over Notion, to onboard clients and work with them in a private and secure space. Do you have any plan to integration Notion as the back-end of Orchestra ? Thanks for your answer

Apr 15, 2025A: Hi 👋 that’s a great question!
Orchestra already comes with built-in Notion-style features like:
Collaborative documents
Slash commands to add blocks into tasks or documents
That said, I’ve actually seen more agencies moving away from Notion to fully use Orchestra, rather than trying to integrate the two. The main reason? Orchestra was built from the ground up for agencies—it's faster, more focused, and doesn't require any setup.
But I get it—Notion can still play a role for some internal workflows. So here’s what’s possible today and what’s coming next:
Today: You can already use webhooks to connect Orchestra to Notion via tools like Zapier, Make or n8n. This means you can update your Notion pages whenever something happens in Orchestra.
Coming soon: We’re working on a full API. Once it’s live, you’ll be able to build any custom integration you need—including pulling and pushing data to Notion, if that’s your preferred backend.
Out of curiosity, would you use Notion more on your side, or would you want your clients to interact with it too?
Let me know and I’ll be happy to guide you on what’s possible!

Thanks for your answer.
As i will not drop Notion for Orchestra (Notion is my central brain, doing everything from there, from websites to public knowledge bases, internal task boards and project management etc), i'm interested to find a replacement for https://www.notionapps.com/
The ideal would be a native integration between Orchestra and Notion, without taking hours to implement with API's.

Got it!
I’ll add native Notion integration to the roadmap—makes total sense for your setup.
That said, I'd be careful trying to do everything in one tool. Orchestra is built specifically for agencies, and that focus really streamlines the workflow. (and make everything simpler)
Notion’s really great—but maybe not for everything ✨
