Orchestra does support subscription-based payments — but also one-off payments! And I’m actually about to release usage-based billing next week. After that, milestone-based payments are coming too (think 50% upfront, 25% at MVP, 25% at delivery).

As for proposals, invoices, and service catalogs — yep, all planned. It’s part of the same big effort. I wanted to make sure the system could support all kinds of billing logic first, so I don’t have to rebuild things later.

The goal is to let agencies create proposals and share them via a link. From there, clients can accept and pay — and be onboarded into the portal automatically.

(That last part — auto onboarding — already works today for one-time and subscription payments via Stripe.)

A lot of cool things are coming. My goal is to make Orchestra the most flexible and easy-to-use platform out there to run your agency.
