Q: Integrations, Data Storage, Employee limits

Just a few questions.
1. Plan 2 & 3 mention 'Integrations'. What are the integrations that we're talking about in this case?
2. Where is the data stored, where is your company based, could the app be self-hosted?
3. Lastly, what are the employees limits in Plan 2 & Plan 3?

Currently we have our Slack integration which updates your team with events like birthdays, time off etc. We are looking to add more integrations in the coming months.
We are UK based with our data stored in the EU.
Plan 1 = 5 employees
Plan 2 = 15 employees
Plan 3 = 30 employees
