Q: Automation Flows
Hey there this is my business case: I would like my customers to fill out a form with their details and then have a backend AI API personalising a report based on my company's methodology and eventually that being created into a neatly designed PDF. Would PDF alone be suitable for this? Or are there any connectors you would advise it would be possible with in conjunction with PDF maker?

May 12, 2025A: This is the business case that PDF maker would solve the best. All you need to do is create a template in The PDF Maker based on your company's methodology and design and then let it know where the variables (the customer form responses) would go in the template. Once you connect it via the API, a neatly designed PDF will be created every time a response is submitted.
114842272966087794840Ok great, and what about the OpenAI integration? Would that have to also come in from the Form or is there an option for it to generate content in PDF Maker?
Currently, that would have to come from your form or you can do the processing on your end and send us the content post OpenAI content revamp via the API.
and what about the AI middle layer, would that need to be as part of the form process or can a completion happen in PDF maker after data was received ?
It currently will have to be a part of the form process.
