Q: I've just had the prompt to update the Reader Pro, which I did. I am now locked out.
Having done the upgrade, every time I try to use the product; I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word Document. I get automatically re-directed to your annual subscription payment page, even though I went through the purpose of having the system email me a verification code. How do I get out of this loop? The page showing the payment tiers covers the screen. Thanks.
How do I rotate a text box I have created? This is something I do in Acrobat ATM without issues, but I can't see an option do to this, and I don't get a rotate handle when hovering over the box, only a move and resize.
