Having done the upgrade, every time I try to use the product; I am trying to convert a PDF to a Word Document. I get automatically re-directed to your annual subscription payment page, even though I went through the purpose of having the system email me a verification code. How do I get out of this loop? The page showing the payment tiers covers the screen.
