I recently purchased this PDF Reader Pro for Windows, but it won't open Canadian government or immigration forms. Adobe Acrobat has no issue. I emailed the developer (Dec 2, 2024, 4:54 PM PST), but there was no response. I will be requesting a refund. It's impossible to enter the license key and follow the procedure for activation. I am inclined to ask for a refund. Also no response to questions in here for 12-14 days.
