Q: add Plan 4 and Plan 5 with higher role-play limits

Can you please add Plan 4 and Plan 5 with higher role-play limits, as the current limits are too low, even though the user limit is unlimited?
Although you’ve allowed stacking Plan 3 twice, it becomes expensive since the limits don’t increase significantly—just double of Plan 3.
We’d really appreciate your consideration on this. It would be a win-win for both you and the Sumo-lings.

Q: ¿Hay forma de que el tiempo de respuesta sea 1 o 1.5 segundos mayor?

El concepto y la herramienta funcionan súper. El problema es la interrupción continua que te da el bot. Las personas se toman el tiempo para pensar sus respuestas y el robot te corta mucho.
¿Hay opciones de que cada uno ajuste un tiempo? ¿o qué otra opción tienen en mente?

Q: Why we are getting 250 and 30 instead of 300 role play & 100 custom for Plan 3 ?

We are wondering why the Plan 3 we bought here doesn't match what we are seeing in the Account. Can that be fix asap before we start using the program? Please help fix for us. I dont want my Boss to cancel this . It seems to be a cool product so we can put our review soon.
