Q: Can you edit candidate stages/pipeline?
Will there be a feature to edit candidate stages in the future? Right now, we only see predefined stages like Custom Interviews, Hired Applicants, and Disqualified. It would be helpful to customize or add additional stages.
Also, it looks like we can’t edit the message sent to applicants when their status changes. Is there a way to customize these messages?

Jun 2, 2025A: We actually had candidate stage edit feature before, but I had to disable it 3 days ago because users kept getting confused and accidentally deleting important default stages. We're working on bringing it back with clearer instructions so it's less confusing to use.
