105238215434000086470it's not enough to look at privacy for the DGPR, do you have datacenters in Europe? If you don't you are not compliant. AI ACT: do you use your own AI? do you use commercial AI?
We currently host our data in secure datacenters across the USA and India. Now, here's something that's often misunderstood about GDPR—it doesn't actually require you to keep EU data stored in Europe. What GDPR really cares about is making sure that when EU personal data does leave the EU, it's properly protected during that transfer and while it's being processed elsewhere.
We’re currently using both our own in-house AI systems and commercial AI solutions from third-party providers.
Regarding the EU AI Act — we are partially compliant, as the Act was only adopted in 2024 and full compliance is not yet mandatory. This means you can continue to use our platform without concern. We are actively preparing to meet all requirements ahead of the Aug 2026 deadline.
