2. What is the distinction between internal users (team members) and guest collaborators (external users) on Tier 5?
3. If our platform grows and we need access for more than 10 external collaborators, is there a way to add more?
4. I noticed Tier 5 includes white label features, custom domain (CNAME), and SMTP. Can you confirm what elements are customizable (logo, emails, dashboards, etc.)?
5. Does Tier 5 support webhooks or API access for workflow automation?

1) - Yes, totally possible! You can invite multiple clients into the same workspace and assign jobs to each. They'll only see and manage what’s relevant to them — their own jobs and candidates. 2 ) - Internal users = your own team, external collaborators = your clients or recruiters
3) - If you hit the 10 external collaborator limit on Tier 5, just DM me — we’ll work it out. No worries there.
