Pretty much a complete AI HR / survey department - Finally we are doing it to them :)

I am writing this from the viewpoint of a small agency, so I can’t speak for how this would scale for larger organisations—but for us, Petrova AI feels like the HR solution we’ve been looking for to streamline the process of hiring coaches.

I am now experimenting with other setups to run surveys and connect with customers for feedback.

As with most apps on here, this is still a work in progress. There are plenty of areas for improvement, such as more control over the tone and style of the default interviewer, and the behavioural analysis is still in beta. That said, the team seems responsive, and it’s clear they’re building with the future in mind.

For us this feels like a good bet.

Promising First Impressions of Petrova AI

I recently bought Petrova AI and while I haven’t fully tested it in a live hiring scenario yet, my initial review is very positive. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience so far:

🕵️‍♂️ Thorough Exploration, Not Yet Tested
I spent time navigating the platform, reading through its features, and trying out the options as I bought tier 4. Although I haven’t run a real recruitment process with Petrova yet, the potential is immediately clear.

🤖 Smart AI, Slightly Robotic Voice
The AI agent is impressively intelligent. It adapts interview questions based on job descriptions and company culture, and the analytics dashboard looks robust and actionable.
However, the AI voice does sound a bit robotic—not unpleasant, but noticeable. This is a minor drawback, especially since the agent’s responses are so contextually smart and relevant.

🌍 Language Support: Missing Arabic
One limitation I noticed is the lack of Arabic language support. For teams or candidates in the Middle East or North Africa, this could be a barrier. I hope future updates will include Arabic, as this would make the tool even more accessible and valuable.

All these features look extremely promising and could save a lot of time for HR teams.

To provide a more comprehensive review, here are the features I’m planning to test in the coming weeks:

CNAME: Setting up a custom domain to see how seamless the white-labeling process is.
Whitelabel: Testing the full white-label experience for branding and client-facing use.
SMTP: Integrating custom email servers for branded communications.
Custom Webhook: Connecting Petrova AI to other tools in our workflow for automated data transfer.

🔜 Looking Forward
I’m excited to try Petrova AI in a real-world scenario soon. If the platform delivers on its promises, it could be a game-changer for hiring and team-building. I am going to prepare a video walkthrough and share ot here soon.

Summary:
Petrova AI is a very promising solution with smart automation and insightful analytics. It’s not perfect—Arabic support and a more natural AI voice would be welcome improvements—but it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on!
