I am trying to create a bot that can ask pre-defined questions at the beginning of a session .. but then ask further questions as the session progresses. I can ask defined questions in a form . but then that is it.. I cant get any further engagement from the user. Or, I can make it a chat, but there does not appear to anyway to ask a series of pre-defined questions.

Are you considering a hybrid.. can ask questions like a form.. but can continue to engage through a chat to make this more interactive.

I can not create engaging and valuable agents / bots if I can only do one or the other.
