Q: There are only 50 documents per agent.
I have Tier 3. I tried to upload one URL, when I scraped it the 50 pages became udes almost immediately -- one URL page is one document.
Then I deleted the URLs and uploaded four PDFs (books). That worked. However that answers were incorrect.
I asked again, and the chat apologized and gave wrong answers again.
Looks like great idea but too small limits and probably some issues with the ChatGPT and sonnet connections.
I have tier 3, but I'll probably take refunds soon.

Dec 29, 2024A: It you're adding 50 files to the RAG system (Knowledge Base with document upload) it requires a little effort to make sure you dont overwhelm the bot. Info Dumping on AI models, like humans, can overwhelm them with information. I would check your setting in the Learn tab and also take advantage of the Citations and Message Insights feature in the builder. It lets you see exactly where (from which document) the AI is getting its answer.

In my case, the number of words was less than 10000. The issue is that those words were inside four documents or one website of about 70 small pages. Overwhelming should not be the case.
Do you mean that if I combined those four pdf's the system would have worked?
