- Just some feature additions on my wishlist that I'm trying to form into a question for the mods: a) Would you consider an added call-to-action we can add to the chat icon? I noticed all we can do is add a standard profile image. Could we add an image that can be added as an overlay (or under)? For instance, a .png with arrows pointed to the chat icon that read "Ask me about xyz" b) Is there a way to redesign to the iframe embed to make it match to look and feel of the site it's added to? Can I give it to a front-end guy who knows HTML or is the look of it locked down?
- I missed upgrading Tier 2 to Tier 3, can you please go back to Appsumo?
