According to this review on Trustpilot.com from an app sumo buyer it describes that when using the MAD feature it doesn't inform you that you're using elite images for an additional charge. Is this accurate?
Here is the condensed original review: Hidden charges existing that they did not disclose.Totally unsatisfied with this App. Because I purchased LTD from Appsumo and as per their plan we can use 50 premium stock images and create designs. But After purchasing, while I tried to create one youtube thumbnail and tried to download it that time It asked me 15$. Why? It means if you are using MAD feature then you won't know your design is either using the premium image of ELITE image. During downloading, when it will ask $15 per ELITE image that time you will realize that your design is using the ELITE image.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing up your concerns regarding elite images in the MAD feature.
We have carefully addressed these feedbacks and have removed all elite images from our library. Additionally, elite images will no longer appear in the MAD feature, ensuring complete transparency and avoiding any unexpected charges.
If you happen to encounter any issues or concerns...

Hi, can you list which platforms the app supports uploading a custon cover image for Instagram/LinkedIn/X/TikTok/Facebook Reels and YouTube shorts before posting?
And which ones support selecting a frame from the video as the cover before posting?
A: Currently, we support uploading custom cover images for YouTube long-form videos. At this time, we do not support uploading custom covers or selecting frames as covers for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
