Q: Pickmaker - Tier 4 Questions !
Hello, I just purchased Tier 4 of the LTD. If you don't mind, I have some questions I would like to ask. I very much appreciate any additional information or assistance you can provide.

2. Can I donate or allow a client to run my account or purchase a license/brand kit from my main account? Would they get their own login under my main account? Would I see how many captions and how many In-Box comments they receive/create monthly? Can I set up limits for each?
3. How does all of the above work if I only have ( 1 Pro Work Space) ?
4. What are the additional costs for added In Box , AI Captions , Premium Stock Images?

Thanks for reaching out!
1. You can add users to your workspace and assign roles as Admin or Member. Each user will have their own login, which you can invite via email.
2. While you can share access, the credits like (AI captions, inbox comments, etc.) are shared across the workspace and cannot be allocated individually. You'll see total usage (e.g., 20/500 used) but not per-user breakdowns.
3. Since you have one Pro Workspace, all brand kits and users operate under it.
4. For additional costs on AI captions, Inbox, or Premium Stock Images, kindly email yo@picmaker.com for pricing details.
