Q: Is your customer service worse than your product?
After purchasing several licenses, I realized that your product wasn't working properly: each campaign sends several emails to the same recipient, which is a critical error. I took the time to report the problem to you, and even had a meeting with one of your techs. But since then, the problem persists and you haven't replied to any of my follow-up emails for 2 weeks.
Why is your behavior so unprofessional?
