Never Purchase Pigeon Mail - There is no support
The problems started with licensing. Which still remains.
I am using the free trial until licensing has been resolved.
The trial did not work. Not 1 email was able to be sent.
What is more important is that there is NO Support from the Vendor (5 tickets) nor Appsumo.
Another waste of time and another return.
Appsumo should spend 5 minutes to evaluate any software they promote?

Doesn't work - Refunded
I purchased this as a time saver to email existing clients. Unfortunately it never worked as advertised, sending weird characters as first (Mark advised not to copy-and-paste characters in the email, so I removed them, and then it worked.) But it sent many emails duplicated, which looked unprofessional. Mark advised this had been fixed on March 18th. He followed up to see if it was resolved on the 19th, which I thought was good customer service. Unfortunately I was busy and didn't circle back until I had something critical to send last week. It didn't send at all. I contacted Mark and never heard back. Since the refund period was coming up today, I decided to refund.

Emails sending: IT DOES NOT WORK.
STATUS: "Emails sending 3/2015"
But no email in the SENT box. Nothing.
Also, the counter increases every 5 minutes (or longer) even though the campaign was set to send 1 email per 1 minute.
Conclusion? IT DOES NOT WORK.

Is your customer service worse than your product?
After buying multiple licenses, I found that your product has a critical issue: each campaign sends multiple emails to the same recipient. I took the time to report the problem to you, and even had a meeting with one of your techs. But since then, the problem persists, and you haven't replied to any of my follow-up emails for 2 weeks.
