Q: Video Pins
Hi, I subscribed to Pin Generator and I am happy so far, but I have a problem pinning video pins. As I ask using your support desk, all my video pins turn out blurry after pinning. Before they show up clear. Unfortunately I don’t get any answers regarding this question. What can I do to get clear video pins? Please have a look to the email I sent 5 days ago.

I think we responded to your email. I remember it. This could be due to Pinterest compressing the video after we upload it to them. They do this with images and videos.
You can see the original video that we upload to Pinterest in your Pin History page. Please have a look at the video there. If the video is blurry there then it would be an issue our side. I think that it is most likely a compression happening on Pinterest's side.

Hi, you responded to other questions but anyway you did it here now. Unfortunately I can not check it in the pin history because there it only shows a grey square for my video pins. I would send you a screenshot but that’s not possible here.
