I can see this having use if you've never used Pinterest or have limited experience in marketing, but the output of these templates is not great, and I think you'd quickly find yourself designing your own in either Canva or using the new Google image. As someone who's been in marketing for a long time, I cannot introduce this to my clients, but maybe that's not their target market. Would bump up the taco rating if they improved their templates drastically, as it all looks a bit early 2000s.
