I tested the monitoring of a site with Pingsuite, the result is pretty negative:
- No data is returned in the Overview page while it seems ok in the overall Uptime Monitoring dashboard - Errors in Chrome Mac 129 console: Manifest syntax error, 401 with the API - Then i blocked the site access via .htaccess, Pingsuite didn't detect the site was down and i didn't received a notification by email. - I opened a support ticket yesterday (by email, only way proposed by Pingsuite), no answer after about 24h
I did the same test with Kloudfox (also on AS), all worked fine.
Sorry, i will ask a refund for this service that looks serious at first glance but not reliable based on my test. Pity, it has a lot of interesting features.
[ Edit 1 ] Not sure how to answer the dev answer below (maybe because the product was refunded?), so i edit my initial post: yes i posted 3 emails to support@pingsuite.com yesterday around 16-17h UTC+2 And no error email returned either.
[ Edit 2 ] Rating updated from 1 to 3 after the support finally contacted me. It seems there was a few misunderstandings: 1. My ticket was initially not received by the support because of their anti spam 2. My monitoring didn't work because of Cloudflare blocking 3. It also didn't work because of an incomplete configuration (not that evident to understand it required an assertion)
First things first, a star-studded shout out to their support team - absolutely top-notch. They are responsive, helpful, and clearly dedicated to customer satisfaction.
However, the platform itself isn't quite ready for prime time. While their commitment to providing excellent customer service is commendable, I needed a solution that's ready to hit the ground running.
To the PingSuite team: keep up the great work on the support front. And I'm sure with time, your product will match up to that high standard. I look forward to seeing how you evolve and improve. Best of luck!

Awesome tool, very easy to use. Many options available for customizing the monitoring, good for almost all use cases. Additional emails is very cool since we can notify multiple emails easily. One recommendation, I suggest adding RBL monitoring, it's required for us to monitor blacklists. Support is also very fast via email, usually responding within an hour during day time.
