I needed a business plan for my new venture, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I've written a bunch of business plans in the past, and have raised a bunch of money with them. So, I know how to write a plan, and what needs to be included in them (and what not to include). But, I didn't have the 50 or so hours it usually takes me to create a plan, so I figured I'd give Planpros a shot.

I answered the questions they took me through in about 15 minutes and clicked the button to generate my plan. I was (and still am) totally blown away by the results. The plan included so much valuable information to help me launch and grow my business. And it included exactly the right stuff. And it created the financial model for me instantly.

The interface is detailed, reducing the repetitiveness and generality often found in traditional AI by ensuring more user input. However, a significant drawback is the need to know your product pricing structure from the start, which isn't applicable for my non-profit approach. I've explored other business plan creators like Venture Kit. They cater more to the initial stages of creation but suffer from repetitive and overly general AI. Another downside of PlanPros is the lack of courses on their website. If there is a way to create a business plan for a non-profit, they don't provide any fundamental business education. In summary, this tool isn't ideal for beginners but excels in ensuring thorough business planning.

Look, Dave’s product isn't perfect. No product is. But it fills a need no other tool does, and it does so exceptionally well. I support good products with long track records that provide good value. Look at how many AS tools I’ve bought. THIS IS A GREAT PRODUCT. Issues can be ironed out with communication with the owners.
