Q: There is no 'AppSumo' in the settings tab as described in redemption details
The redeeming instructions on AppSumo don't match your site, and I can't seem to find where to stack my codes. I skipped the process of inputting a domain, just to be sure the LTD was locked in-- and I have no idea where on the dashboard to input them.
Secondly, to echo another user, I also had trouble during the registration process and had to use safari instead of chrome.

Thank you for reaching out. Sometimes, accounts are created as guest or regular accounts, which are different from AppSumo accounts. To ensure you correctly redeem your AppSumo offer, please follow these steps:
1. Register a new account using a promo code by following this link: https://a.plerdy.com/auth/register?appsumo=1
2. Log out of your current account before starting the registration process.
3. If you wish to use the same email address, you will need to delete your existing account first. You can do this by going to your profile (top right corner) and selecting the delete option.
4. Once your new account is set up, you can redeem additional promo codes by navigating to: Settings > AppSumo.
