Q: Features listed vs offered

Hello, I hope all is well. I’m interested in your software, and it seems to work well, but I have some questions about what you offer on your site vs what you’re offering here.

1. In your FAQ you have that there are no limitations to scans, but in the tiers you have limited scans.

2. You have several features listed on your site, (AI rendering, 3D model designs, product mockup, custom ar campaign, unlimited scans, measurements, annotation, and product shot) however, none are included on any tier here. Are there plans to add any of these features to a tier?

3. Is there any possible way to add an agency tier with higher scans, more features, etc.? I’d love the ai capabilities, mockups, measurements, and product shot features.

Thank you for your time!

A: Thanks for your interest in Polymuse. We are continuously adding new features and bug fixes to our solution and you will be upgraded to any future update on the Essential Plans in our website. You will also get some professional plan features (details below)

1. I am sorry for the confusion. The unlimited scan is not added to this deal. Its a mistake from my end. The unlimited scans are only available for subscriptions.

2. Measurements, Annotation, AI Product shots and custom AR campaign are already added into Tier 5. But all these features are under development now, so I did not add it up in the listing. It will be added soon as I am talking to the sumo team.

Custom 3D model design is a service, which is by order. And like I mentioned unlimited scan is not included in the Tiers. The max is to stack up 5 license to get 1000 scans.

3. You can stack up to 5 license to get 1000 scans & embeds, 100gb space and 1million page view, mockup, measurements, annotation, productshot and customizable ModelViewer/AR experience. I am currently working with the sumo team to add these options. These features are still under development and will go live by first week of April.

Thanks again for your input, I really appreciate it. Feel free to reach out for any further query.
