Please comment on the accuracy of the following review regarding licensing terms for the content Presenti AI creates:

Cool software, aggravating licenses and terms and conditions.
I really liked this software and was about to get a tier upgrade until I put their terms and conditions page and their licensing agreement page in 2 different LLM to see what my limitations for this software are (I was looking for commercial use and seeing if they want to keep the content, Gamma ai will get a broad license to share your content and modify within its own platform but doesn't claim ownership). I suggest everyone to look at license agreements in deeper details. Basically there is no commercial license. It's for personal use only.

Is this content licensed for commercial use? If not, I will return my purchase.
