I really liked this software and was about to get a tier upgrade until I put their terms and conditions page and their licensing agreement page in 2 different LLM to see what my limitations for this software are (I was looking for commercial use and seeing if they want to keep the content, Gamma ai will get a broad license to share your content and modify within its own platform but doesn't claim ownership). I suggest everyone to look at license agreements in deeper details. Basically there is no commercial license. It's for personal use only. Even showing it to other people and you're in violation. Looks Great, But Can’t Use It Unless You’re a Hermit with No Wi-Fi. I was hyped to try Presenti.ai — beautiful slides, fast AI, solid concept. But then I read the fine print… and y’all, this thing has more restrictions than a strict grandma with a curfew. Unless you have a business license (and not all tiers get one), you legally can't: Use it for client work. Use it in a course. Post it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or even MySpace if you still believe in that. Show it to your cat if your cat has a TikTok following. Basically, if you're not using this in a dark room whispering, “this slide is for me and me alone” — you're probably violating the license. Even making a review or tutorial? Could get you banned faster than a teenager on AOL in 2002. So, unless you're building PowerPoints to show your plants... proceed with caution.

Verdict: Cool tech, restrictive license. Great for hobbyists. Business folks? Read the license before you Presenti yourself into trouble.
