Q: Question around distribution options, search and contact freshness

Hello, a few questions...

1. How frequently is your database updated for accuracy?

2. Does search permit filtering eg find journalists who have both "interest A" AND "interest B"?

3. What are the wholesale distribution option differences compared to EIN and ABNewswire in terms of the traditional outlet and distribution? (I understand you have podcast & AIwire options— that may be the difference)

1. All the time! And we're just about to launch new media databases this month with all new data.

3. There's a huge difference in what we do compared to EIN/AB. You can think of them as link farming which has little to no benefits beyond optics (and even that's questionable). Big things are:

1- Publisher Quality: Our focus is on publisher quality which is why we have contracts with Business Insider, Market Watch, Yahoo Finance, AP News, Bloomberg Terminals, Dow Jones Terminals, and hundreds more. EIN's releases do not hit these or other actual newswires and the placements are predominantly AI-generated websites that they own and all of the links are nofollow. Their releases do not meet public company reporting guidelines. See these examples:

Notice how all of those websites are on the EINnews.com domain, and all look the same? It's because they are not real news websites. They are all owned and operated by EIN itself, fabricated for the illusion of a real press release. These have no impact on SEO, nor are they actual press release distributions.

2- Impact: Because EIN releases do not hit actual news wires, they do not have actual impact. That means they do not get picked up by journalists writing stories about company announcements, do not get placed in newsroom terminals like Bloomberg and Dow Jones, and they do not get indexed by AI chatbots like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini and more.

3- Distribution: Our releases go much broader than just news outlets. AIWire ensures the release is indexed by ChatGPT et. al and the Gold releases go to Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts and a bunch more.

4- Reseller options: Each release is fully reseller and white-label ready.

It was our goal with Press Ranger to not make yet another fake, cheap press release site but a real one that people can make money off of with their clients. Retail price if you go to Cision, PR Newswire, etc. would be $1200+ for a similar release and they don't even do the AI indexing or audio distribution. Plenty of money on the table for resellers.
