I became so confused on using this tool and tried it multiple times but felt lost but then I decided to email Steve . I am amazed by the support and guidance provided by him. In fact, I am not aware of any other tool on the market that offers this combination of functionality and value.

The support team is also fantastic. Every time I have reached out, they have been incredibly fast, friendly, and helpful. It is clear they are committed to building a great product and supporting their users.

I am also looking forward to the new databases and upcoming features. The team is actively improving the product, and it just keeps getting better.

I’m really impressed with Press Ranger! I want to mention a few things I love about it.

First, for me, of all the SEO processes, link building and press releases have always felt obscure and confusing. Press Ranger completely demystifies them!

I really appreciate how active the development is! Ever since I bought it, I’ve been getting regular emails about new features being added, which shows they’re constantly improving the product. The developer is super responsive too. I had a few quick questions early on and got detailed replies within minutes, which made me feel supported right away. This makes me feel like I'm actually investing in a tool that I can use for many years.

Finding high-quality journalists and publishers is super easy with Press Ranger. The contact info seems to be up-to-date, so reaching out to the right people who fit my business niche is just a click away... BUT what really stands out to me is their Wholesale Press Release Distribution service. As someone who finds link building the most tedious part of SEO, and with me being an introvert, the idea of reaching out to people directly really feels overwhelming and stressful, so this service is a lifesaver. Instead of contacting journalists one by one, I can just pay a flat fee to get my press release published across 350+ top-tier publications with strong Domain Authority. Plus, they offer the option to get your releases indexed in major AI chatbots, which adds great extra visibility. This service not only saves me a lot of time and money but also lets me offer great PR value to my SEO clients.

I recently saw that they used to have a basic distribution package with lower-level publications, and I can see the point in focusing on quality here, but at the same time, I wish there was another package below Gold... but it's not a big deal or deal-breaker :)

So, overall... Press Ranger has been an eye-opener and a game changer for managing PR efficiently and effectively. I just wish I was more prepared financially to go all in and get 10 codes to have access to the unlimited companies and the custom domain media rooms.

I purchased tier 2 during the last AppSumo campaign and used it for the first time 10 days ago for press release distribution. Both my friend and I chose the gold packages (2 x $399). The releases were published, but after 10 days, I’ve only received one do-follow link.

This is a bit disappointing because I was considering upgrading if you returned to AppSumo, but so far, I’m underwhelmed.

So began my original review. But then I listened to the founder, Steve, and sent him an email with my report. He replied shortly afterward, answering all my questions and providing even more information.

I was right in thinking he is a trustworthy and engaged founder. He explained how to earn money by reselling press releases and outlined how Press Ranger stands out from other competitors in the market. I will definitely upgrade my Tier 2, and I am fully convinced that Steven knows what he’s doing and that this LTD won’t leave us with ‘heavy hearts.’

Now, this was the feelings and hopes part of my review.

Technically, I like Press Ranger’s dashboard. Everything is well-organized, easy to navigate, and simple to understand without needing additional support. If you are building brands, this tool can provide significant value. If you offer a range of services, it becomes even more valuable—and can also generate income. Steven showed me what others have achieved with Press Ranger, and I am eager to follow that path.

I would like to upgrade to the highest tier, but my finances are a bit tight right now. At the very least, I’ll move up one or two tiers.

If you’re running a business and not just collecting LTDs, grab at least one code for yourself—or two for your friends and their companies. If you think big, go tier 5.

Note: Our website has just launched and had zero backlinks. I am not an SEO expert, so I may have misread the dashboard. Semrush reported that we have 8 backlinks now; Ahrefs showed 75, but only 1 is do-follow. I used these tools with free and very limited plans for these reports. However, more links may be coming, and we are also published on podcast platforms and YouTube, as well as on AI platforms. Steve told me that this is a unique feature developed by Press Ranger, and no competitors currently offer it.

This is an amazing product. That’s definitely five stars. There’s so much value for price. Instead of using any of those clunky old press release sites press Ranger is modern simple and easy to use. I’m giving it such a high review because I’ve tried using all these other products that feel like they were developed in 1990 and press Ranger is such a welcome joy. They make it easy to White Label with your own domain. They have support emails coming out on cool things you can do with it all the time. Anytime I’ve had a question the founders or their support team have reached out to me immediately. We’re gonna be doing a very positive G2 review. The only reason we haven’t done it yet because we’re so busy. I highly recommend this product. Five tacos all the way. I only waited to do this review because I really wanted to give the product a thorough try before submitting my review.
