The customer service from this company is on another level. I have been in communication with Steve (Chief Press Ranger 🙂) since I bought the product in the last couple of days. He has given me lots of pointers on how best to use the app and it truly looks awesome. I think this is going to be a game changer in the world of PR. I believe that when the person leading a company is as passionate, personable and helpful as Steve is, it shines through a company and it's products.
