Q: Is it possible to change the UI style? Something like Canny for the menu (Roadmap, Updates etc)

Thanks for your question. Apologies, I missed this one earlier.
We've recently added this option. You can change the UI style for the menu in portal settings. You probably want to choose "mini" instead of large.

Hi Amadas,
Yes - ProductLift is super flexible and you can edit the styling and design using SCSS (based on Bootstrap 4).
