Make sure it has some kind of class name or id or similar. The visual selector tool doesn't work if the element you are trying to select can't be uniquely identified on the page
Q: Specific targeting is not working with abc.com/xyz type URLs. How to configure it?
My product is configured to use subdomains (e.g abc.xyz.com) and have different user profiles (abc.xyz.com/admin) but I am unable to see the announcements/smart tips etc. even after configuring specific targeting for these URLs.
Is this a bug or product limitation? How can I achieve this?
I thought we already answered about this twice first through the support ticket and by email, could you check those and respond back if you need more assistance, since it might be something specific with the way you have setup the rules?
In general, the dynamic parts of the URL can be enclosed in curly brackets {}, which will then accept any value in that part of the URL.
