Questions without any answer for weeks!!!

Is this the (should I say, lack of) support we will receive once we’re in?

Could I buy the upgrade for the difference or would I have to pay full price to upgrade later?

Is Tier 3 only for one workspace?

Thanks for your confirmation that I can generate a unique license for each order.
I have the following follow up questions, and would appreciate your confirmation for each of these.
I want to confirm if by this confirmation you mean that:
1. Promint will generate unique random codes/licenses (not that I generate/upload a batch of codes generated elsewhere).
2. Promint provides for the validation each code as valid / invalid.
3. Promint provides for the activation and deactivation of each code. Obviously, just a flag, code has not been used or was used (and therefore no longer valid).
4. Promint supports the setup of how many times the code may be activated/used.
5. Promint provides API endpoints for all of the above points. Please share the docs.

I purchased tier 3 and it says "unlimited items," yet I see 0/100. This is confusing. So, if I get to 101 items, what happens?
