Q: Your feedback on negative reviews online

I really like your software.
I saw a lot of negative reviews on TrustPilot about your service. Examples included not honoring your terms of service, refunds not granted,etc.
How would you convince a prospective buyer like me?

To clarify the concerns about Trustpilot: we do not moderate or influence the reviews there in any way. The last review was posted several years ago, and in total there are only 5 reviews, hardly “a lot.” Most of them stem from frustration, and none of those users ever reached out to us directly for a solution.

Regarding our terms of service: they were last updated in 2022, and all users are informed when such changes occur.
