I found solutions + support helps, it's a solid video platform.
I use it to embed company video on the website, so far everything is fine.
If this product ever comes back, it's worthy the price.

Redeemed a few months ago but only now I uploaded first video. The uploading is confusing, you need to start a channel then to upload. Then after uploading is done, I can't even access my own video. I need to log out and search my own video in order to see it. I can't even access any embedding options.

In regards to requiring a channel to upload, all major public facing platforms (like YouTube) require channel creation before videos can be uploaded.
In regards to your second concern, this appears to be a bug. Would it be possible for you to open a service desk bug request here with additional details?
