1. How does a Tier 2 purchase help me, a technical writer?
Tier 2 gives you access to all pre-made agents (e.g., summarizers, explainers, converters), and lets you create your own no-code AI agents by providing a system prompt and relevant data — ideal for technical documentation, formatting, and automating repetitive content tasks.
We recommend using Gemini and DeepSeek models — they’re extremely credit-efficient and great for high-volume writing and editing work.

2. What file/content formats do you support?
We currently support PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, CSV, Excel, and image files. (Only the first tab for excel files right now)

3. Support resources for building agents (chat, tutorials, etc.)?

Not at the moment.

We support real-time outputs only— instant responses from LLMs. No scheduled runs or agent-triggered flows yet. This is on our roadmap.

6. Does Qolaba create synergies with tools such as automators, GPT wrappers, Airtable clones?
Not currently, but this is on our roadmap.

7. API features in your roadmap?
Yes — API access is being built as a separate platform. Once live, Tier 4 LTD users will be able to request to use 30% of their monthly credits on the API.

8. Do I own my content?
Yes, 100%. You fully own all generated content. You can mark images private; video and chatbot generations are private by default.

9. Can I get hands-on experience before I buy?
